By accessing or using SEO AutoRank ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SEO AutoRank provides AI-powered SEO analysis and optimization tools. We analyze web pages and generate optimized HTML with improved meta tags, headings, schema markup, and other SEO elements.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
Each plan includes a specific number of monthly optimizations. Unused credits do not roll over. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable laws; (b) submit URLs to websites you do not own or have permission to optimize; (c) attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures; (d) use the Service to generate spam or malicious content.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
You retain all rights to content you submit for optimization. The optimized output is provided for your use. SEO AutoRank retains rights to the Service, its technology, and its branding.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific search engine ranking improvements. SEO results depend on many factors beyond on-page optimization.
SEO AutoRank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
